For our client in the insurance industry, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support an ongoing transformation. You will analyze business processes and requirements, developing suitable solutions together with business departments and IT.
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements and disruptions
- Development of business solution concepts and consulting on their technical implementation
- Continuous improvement of business processes, data, and systems in collaboration with business departments and IT
- Support for business departments in creating business cases
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, end-users, and external service providers within Scrum teams
- Accompanying the implementation and supporting testers in defining relevant test aspects
- Further development of processes in requirements management and IT
- Taking on various project roles as needed
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- More than five years of experience in requirements management within the insurance or financial services industry
- At least six months of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, ideally in motor vehicle insurance
- At least one to two years of project experience
- Sound knowledge of process modeling, business analysis, and requirements engineering
- Good knowledge of insurance and support processes
- Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
- Certification in Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering and Process Management or comparable qualification
- Good English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Very good communication skills and a strong understanding of business contexts
