Project Focus: Two experienced Senior Business Analysts are sought for the analysis and further development of master data, business processes, and IT systems. The focus is on optimizing existing structures and developing sustainable solutions in customer and contract management. Start 01.11.2026 at 100% for 12 months in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and structuring of functional and technical requirements
• Translation of strategic objectives into features and actionable work packages
• Definition of acceptance criteria and support of conceptual elaboration
• Analysis of data sources as well as development of KPIs and data models
• Creation and further development of dashboards and reports
• Coordination with various stakeholders and teams
• Participation in agile planning and prioritization processes

Utilization: 100% (Hybrid only within Switzerland)

• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex projects, ideally in the banking environment
• Experience with master data management, business processes, and customer and contract management
• Experience in analyzing process and system landscapes as well as developing target states and future processes
• Ability to consolidate requirements and identify optimization and automation potentials
• Experience with solution evaluations, business cases, and effort estimations
• Knowledge of BPMN and understanding of data structures and IT systems
• Strong analytical skills, communication strength, and experience in workshop moderation
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; Jira and Confluence are an advantage
• German: Fluent C2
