Project Focus: For a demanding banking project, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer with a focus on processes, data flows, and master data management.

You will analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, data flows, and system landscapes in the context of customer, contract, and product data. You will identify potential for improvement, develop sustainable solution approaches, and create decision-making bases for the further development of the data and process landscape.

Responsibilities

Agile team of 12 DevOps employees (8 developers, 4 business engineers).

• Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes, data flows, and system dependencies
• Analysis and improvement of customer, contract, and product master data
• Development of requirements, process models, and decision proposals
• Identification of optimization potential in data storage, integration, and automation
• Moderation of workshops and collaboration with business departments, IT, and management

• Several years of experience (Senior Expert) as a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer in the banking environment
• Sound understanding of data management, system integration, and process optimization
• Experience in complex transformation and optimization projects
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Experience with BPMN/UML, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage
• German: Fluent C2
