• Develop and implement automation solutions for managing and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID and related services, including Infrastructure as Code and Terraform as well as Go APIs for App Registrations, Enterprise Apps, Conditional Access Policies, and Administrative Units
• Develop, implement, and maintain authentication and authorization flows for Single Sign-On and other applications based on OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
• Develop conceptual specifications for OAuth2 and SAML flows and their implementation in various applications
• Create, implement, and continuously optimize authentication and authorization rules, including automated tests and monitoring
• Manage and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 services in identity management and security, as well as implement measures for hardening Entra ID
• Further develop a monitoring framework for Entra ID configurations and support the integration of new Azure base services
• Create documentation and train internal teams on Entra ID and DevOps topics
• Sound IT education (University of Applied Sciences or University) or equivalent education
• 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Cloud IAM Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID & Azure
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and its functions, especially Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Application Proxy
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation, including CI/CD, GitLab, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform as well as Go and Python or Bash; focus on automating Microsoft Entra ID
• Understanding of network security, authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect, as well as IAM standards
• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure, very good knowledge of Azure base services, and experience with cloud security technologies
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, problem-solving competence, as well as a structured, self-reliant, and precise way of working with a high awareness of quality and security
• Teamwork skills as well as a customer-oriented, communicative personality with high self-motivation, self-reliance, and social competence
• Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or SAFe
• Open personality with a quick grasp
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with Microsoft 365 in addition to Microsoft Azure
• Assignment duration: November 2026 to September 2027 with an option to extend
