Project overview

For an international transformation project in a regulated production environment, an experienced specialist (m/f/d) is sought to drive the digital mapping of complex manufacturing and documentation processes within Siemens Opcenter Pharma.

Requirements

• In-depth practical experience with Siemens Opcenter Pharma or comparable MES solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrable project experience in the digitalization of manufacturing, recipe, or quality documentation
• Knowledge in the use of AI technologies for OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or comparable document processing solutions
• Understanding of complex master data models and regulated production processes
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life science, or GMP-related environments
• Confident communication with international business and project teams in German and English

Nice to have

• Experience from LIMS, MES, or Digital Manufacturing implementation projects
• Knowledge at the interfaces between document management, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and data platforms
• Project experience in global rollout or harmonization initiatives within regulated industries

Task:

• Analysis of existing paper-based manufacturing and process documentation in the pharmaceutical environment
• Conception and implementation of the transfer of recipes and batch processes into Siemens Opcenter Pharma
• Evaluation and optimization of AI-based methods for automated recognition and structuring of document content
• Coordination of business and technical requirements between relevant stakeholders in an international project environment
• Development of solution approaches for mapping complex master data and process structures within the MES landscape
• Identification of potentials for standardization and digitalization of documentation-driven workflows
