Responsibilities

Direct Client Facing: Consulting, moderation, and representation in customer workshops, design reviews, and project meetings.

Co-design and review of complex security architectures in the IT/OT environment.

Consulting on network segmentation and creation of zone concepts (IT/OT/sensitive special systems).

Conducting Threat Modeling, risk analyses, and development of Defense-in-Depth strategies.

Technical support during the rollout and configuration of critical security solutions (SIEM, EDR/Endpoint Protection, PKI, IAM).

Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001) and, if applicable, specific security clearance and classification requirements.

Requirements

Communication & Demeanor: Excellent fluency at C-level / project manager level, experience in moderating technical workshops, and a confident presence in critical customer issues.

Security Architecture: Deep understanding of zone concepts, IT/OT separation approaches, and secure connection of special systems (e.g., radar, command, and communication systems).

Standards & Methodology: Sound knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, Threat Modeling, and risk management.

Technical Understanding (Deployment): Practical know-how regarding Active Directory hardening, server/network hardening, DevSecOps integration, and patch and configuration management.

Languages: Fluent German and very good English.

For a demanding mandate in the field of highly secure infrastructures, we are looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Consultant / Architect.

In this role, you will represent our project team directly to the client. While in-depth expertise is already available internally, your main focus will be on a secure, confident demeanor in customer workshops and meetings, combined with excellent communication skills and a strong technical foundation.
