Senior d.velop Consultant [mainly remote]

Project overview

For one of our telco clients in Germany, we are looking for a Senior d.velop Consultant (m/f/x) with the following details:

Responsibilities

Analysis and conception of incoming invoice and purchase-to-pay processes

Integration of incoming invoices, d.velop, and SAP FI/MM

Setup and customization of verification, account assignment, and approval workflows

Implementation of archiving and document access solutions in SAP

Conception of interfaces, roles, and authorizations

Integration of d.velop documents with Salesforce

Support of testing, rollout, go-live, and production launch

Technical and functional consulting for clients and conducting workshops

Requirements

Several years of practical d.velop project experience

Experience with d.velop-based incoming invoice processing, ideally d.velop invoices for SAP

Very good knowledge of SAP FI/MM and experience with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA

Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and/or KPro

Experience with invoice recognition, classification, verification and approval workflows, as well as XRechnung/ZUGFeRD

Practical experience with cross-system d.velop/SAP integrations and document flows

Demonstrable consulting experience with direct customer contact, workshops, process recording, and solution consulting

German at least C1

Nice-to-haves:

Practical experience with d.velop connect for Salesforce or d.velop/Salesforce integration

Salesforce Lightning, authentication, and authorization concepts

SAP Fiori, ABAP, CDS, REST APIs, or SAP BTP

Hybrid d.velop or S/4HANA cloud architectures

Experience with document-based enterprise solutions in the areas of archiving, workflow, capture, SAP integration, and cloud migration is particularly relevant.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with in-depth experience in an established ECM/DMS platform in the German-speaking market.
