• Senior-level experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or related consulting roles, ideally in a large corporate environment.
• Excellent business analysis skills and proven ability to quickly understand new domains and translate business requirements into data requirements.
• Solid experience in data discovery and data integration, including identifying suitable data sources in complex corporate environments.
• Solid practical knowledge of Python, SQL, data analysis, and data engineering.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and heterogeneous corporate data sources.
• Solid practical experience with LLM-based applications and agentic systems.
• Extensive experience in prompt engineering, especially in translating domain knowledge and business rules into reliable LLM behavior.
• Proven ability to independently structure and drive complex workstreams, from overarching requirements to a functional solution.
• Experience in systematic testing and evaluation of LLM outputs.
• Practical experience with n8n or comparable tools for workflow automation/orchestration, including API integration, data processing, and connecting AI components to corporate data sources.
• Experience connecting GenAI applications to corporate data sources.
• Experience working with large corporate data landscapes and legacy systems.
• Experience using n8n in combination with LLM-based or agentic applications.

What you bring

• Independent management of the development of a new skill for an existing agentic chatbot, from the initial business requirements to implementation and evaluation.
• Quick understanding of the business domain and the use case, and translation of these into functional and data requirements.
• Identification of the necessary data and navigation through the company-wide data landscape to find and evaluate relevant data sources.
• Conception and implementation of the required data extraction, preparation, integration, and analysis, including workflow automation and orchestration with tools like n8n.
• Development and optimization of the agent skill, and translation of business knowledge and data into effective prompts and agent instructions.
• Testing and iterative improvement of the skill to ensure accurate, reliable, and useful results.
• Proactive coordination with business experts, data owners, and technical stakeholders, and management of the workstream with a high degree of independence.
