Senior DevOps Engineer 100% – Azure | GenAI | Terraform | Kubernetes

For a client in the banking industry in Zug, we are looking for an experienced individual to build and further develop a GenAI platform on Microsoft Azure.

In an interdisciplinary DevOps team, you will automate infrastructure and releases, operate platform services, and support internal application teams with integration.

Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

• Build and operate Azure Cloud resources and Kubernetes applications using Terraform, Helm Charts, and GitLab
• Automate build, test, and release processes for GenAI applications
• Develop technical concepts considering security and regulatory requirements
• Ensure stable operation through monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting
• Support internal application teams with onboarding and operational questions
• Further develop solutions for authorization, routing, monitoring, and guardrails
• Several years of experience as a Senior-level DevOps Engineer
• Sound knowledge of Git, GitLab, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
• In-depth Azure knowledge, especially API Management, AKS, Functions, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Foundry, and Storage Accounts
• Experience with CI/CD as well as monitoring and logging, for example with Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
• GenAI project experience with RAG, Agentic AI, or LLMOps is an advantage
• Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, OAuth, and Python and/or Java is an advantage
• Experience in coordinating technical concepts with IT Security and Architecture is an advantage
• Structured, team-oriented way of working
• German C2 and English C1
