An international provider in the healthcare sector is looking for an experienced Full-Stack and AI Engineer for a SaaS project. They are seeking a personality who holistically develops modern web applications and reliably integrates agentic AI functions into productive products.

Requirements

• Several years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications, ideally with end-to-end responsibility in a product context
• In-depth practical experience with React or Angular, as well as with Java/Spring Boot or Python
• Experience with cloud and DevOps environments, as well as secure operation of productive services
• Demonstrably effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding workflows and context engineering
• Completed Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Fluent German and fluent English, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of C#, Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering, and establish technical best practices
• Understand healthcare workflows and design user-oriented features with measurable added value for medical professionals and patients
• Actively enhance engineering and AI engineering quality within the team
