Senior GenAI Consultant / AI Solution Architect | AI Strategy, LLMs & AI Agents | Remote

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect or GenAI Consultant to support companies in selecting, evaluating, and implementing modern AI solutions.

The goal of the project is to analyze business processes, identify suitable AI use cases, and select the appropriate technology for each challenge. We are looking for an experienced AI specialist with technical depth, architectural understanding, and a strong innovative spirit, not just a pure developer.

Responsibilities

Skills: Generative AI, GenAI, LLM, GPT, Claude, Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama, AI Architecture, Solution Architecture, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, AI Strategy, AI Governance

Framework conditions:

• Analysis of existing business processes and identification of suitable AI use cases
• Evaluation, selection, and comparison of various Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama)
• Technical consulting regarding model selection, architecture, and operating model
• Evaluation of when Microsoft Copilot, individual LLM solutions, or AI agents can be meaningfully used
• Conception and implementation of Proof of Concepts in the Generative AI environment
• Development of AI architectures, RAG solutions, and agent systems
• Support for internal teams in the technical implementation of AI initiatives
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer
• Consulting business units and management regarding potentials, risks, and limitations of AI technologies
• Monitoring and evaluation of new developments in the field of Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Several years of experience as an AI Architect, GenAI Consultant, AI Consultant, or in comparable roles
• In-depth understanding of current LLMs and their application areas
• Experience in evaluating model quality, costs, data protection, performance, and scalability
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry)
• Experience with RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering, and modern GenAI platforms
• Technical understanding of cloud and software architectures
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in practically trying out and further developing new technologies
• Experience in moderating workshops and interacting with business units
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
