- Working hours: 32–40 hours
- Location: Dortmund
- Independent processing and follow-up of orders from BSH planning approval decisions
- Technical assessment of platform-specific approval requirements
- Review of proof, approval, and release documents
- Creation and coordination of authority applications
- Coordination with authorities as well as internal project and specialist departments
- Monitoring of deadlines and ensuring the implementation of official requirements
- Documentation and maintenance of order and proof registers
- Several years of experience in offshore approval management, ideally in offshore grid connection projects
- Demonstrable experience with BSH planning approval decisions and processing official orders
- Sound knowledge of WindSeeG, BSH standards, and the area development plan
- Knowledge of relevant topics such as underwater noise, traffic safety, marking concepts, or fire protection
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
