Project overview

The assignment includes operational support and operating services after the rollout of a new IT infrastructure at a regulated grid operator. Against the background of energy law compliance requirements (EnWG), the company must ensure transparent and non-discriminatory market access for internal and external parties. To ensure uniform processes according to regulatory standards (BNetzA), the existing system landscape has been modernized and will go live at the beginning of 2027. The focus is now on functional support, requirements management, and process optimization in regular operation.

• Establishment, optimization, and initialization of workflows/processes and coordination with involved organizational units
