Senior IT Consultant / Rollout Manager SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM)

Responsibilities

• Planning, steering, and coordination of an SAP DM rollout from preparation to the hypercare phase
• Creation and continuous updating of the rollout roadmap, including schedule, resource, and milestone planning
• Alignment of rollout goals, project scope, and acceptance criteria with business departments, workshops, IT, and management
• Analysis of existing manufacturing and maintenance processes, and performance of fit-to-standard assessments based on the SAP DM template
• Collection, documentation, and prioritization of business and technical requirements
• Identification, assessment, and tracking of project risks and dependencies
• Preparation and moderation of governance, status, and steering meetings, as well as creation of management reports
• Planning and implementation of change, communication, training, and enablement measures for key users and end-users
• Ensuring business and technical readiness regarding processes, master data, infrastructure, and shop floor hardware
• Planning and coordination of integration, system, performance, and user acceptance tests
• Creation and alignment of cutover, go-live, hypercare, and rollback concepts
• Support for go-live preparation and commissioning of SAP DM, as well as handover to operations and support

Requirements

• Stabilization after go-live
• More than 5 years of experience in planning and steering project schedules within a software implementation or transformation project
• More than 3 years of experience in identifying, assessing, and tracking project-relevant risks within a software rollout or implementation project
• More than 3 years of experience in moderating cross-departmental coordination between production, maintenance, IT, and management within a software rollout
• More than 3 years of experience in rolling out software in a production-related environment

Nice to have

• More than 3 years of experience in designing change measures for the introduction of new digital ways of working in production or maintenance
• More than 3 years of experience in analyzing manufacturing or maintenance processes
• More than 3 years of experience with SAP ERP processes, especially SAP DM & ERP, in a production-related environment
• More than 3 years of experience in assessing production-relevant master data for digital manufacturing processes
• More than 3 years of experience in the structured involvement of relevant stakeholders in software rollouts
• More than 3 years of experience in preparing and supporting a go-live, including business testing activities
• More than 3 years of experience in collecting business requirements for SAP-based target processes

Predominantly Remote from Germany, with occasional on-site presence in Frankfurt am Main. A total of 45 PT on-site is planned.
