• Analysis of the existing system and IAM landscape and derivation of the future target architecture
• Conception and design of a modern IAM and product security architecture
• Creation of architecture blueprints, standards, and technology roadmaps
• Definition of authentication, authorization, and permission concepts
• Architecture and integration of Keycloak into the future system landscape
• Development and design of DevSecOps and Security-by-Design approaches
• Conception of secure platform and infrastructure architectures based on OpenShift
• Evaluation of technical solution options (Make/Buy/Use) and support of important architectural decisions
• Collaboration with enterprise architects, development teams, and program managers in a large-scale transformation program
• Support with planning, effort estimation, and definition of the implementation approach in an agile environment (SAFe)

80% Remote/20% Workshops Onsite Berlin & Germany-wide

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an IAM, Security, or Solution Architect
• Expert knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Sound experience with Keycloak
• Very good knowledge in creating architecture blueprints and technology roadmaps
• Experience in designing complex enterprise and system architectures
• Expert knowledge in DevOps and DevSecOps
• Very good knowledge of OpenShift and container-based platforms
• Good to very good Java knowledge
• Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Experience in agile transformation programs, ideally with SAFe
• Start: 2026-11
