Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Senior Developer (m/f/d)

Our client, a public institution, is technically and functionally further developing a specialist application to support business processes related to funding services in the labor market. The application maps the processing of service and monetary benefits for employees, employers, and other bodies in several legal areas and must be continuously adapted to legal requirements from the state, federal, and EU levels. Implementation is carried out in an agile manner, skill-based in the design/implementation sector, and partly in interdisciplinary collaboration with the business department and users.

Focus areas for the upcoming release containers include, among others, new editions of funding programs, maintenance, adaptations to services of partner applications, and legally mandated changes.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of requirements based on technical solution designs and detailed functional concepts
• Creation of development-related tests (unit tests) for the implemented components
• Analysis and resolution of errors identified in system testing
• Processing of user support tickets in 3rd-level support
• Review of technical solution designs within the requirements management process
• Relaunch and modification of business policy funding programs
• Maintenance: Analysis and resolution of production errors, hotfixes, and associated configuration management
• Adaptations to the use of SOA services offered by partner applications
• Adaptations due to the Citizen Benefit Law and the Further Education Law
• Data migrations due to organizational changes in regional districts
