Senior Key User / Consultant Supply Chain Planning for SAP S/4HANA Projects

Responsibilities

The activities of the person sought (Key User Supply Chain Planning) are divided into the following main responsibilities during the various project phases:

Our Requirements

• Initiate & Confirm:
• Participation in targeted workshops for solution confirmation (I&C Solution Confirmation Workshops)
• Provision of inputs and clarifications for the team on legal, regulatory, local, and specialized processes
• Support in identifying change impacts (Change Impact Identification)
• Design & Build:
• Provision of clarifications for the functional teams as needed
• Participation in system demonstrations and providing feedback
• Support in data cleansing and validation
• Contribution of inputs on how the functional impacts of the solution affect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Reporting and escalation of system problems and/or errors through the appropriate channels
• Integration:
• Support of tests, especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support of Go-Live preparation and readiness activities (Cutover and Readiness Activities)
• Updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Performing data validation for mock runs and dress rehearsals as needed
• Support of operational readiness (Readiness Activities):
• Support in conducting business simulations (Business Simulation)
• Participation in Train-the-Trainer sessions and conducting training as needed
• Execution of post-Go-Live readiness and deployment activities
• Expected Core Deliverables:
• Capture of all requirements and clarification of their implementation
• Planning and execution of tests together with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Creation of training materials for end-users
• Technical Skills:
• SAP (S/4HANA) MM, PP, LEX, APO/IBP
• Project management with a focus on ERP implementations
• Operational knowledge in PP, MM, LEX, APO/IBP
• Functional Skills:
• Expert in Supply Chain Planning in SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with business processes and local conditions
• Knowledge of the Global Template and Solution
• Experience with technical implementations for a single site or market
• Industry Experience:
• Experience with global companies and complex structures
• Language Skills:
• English: at least B2
• German: at least B2
