Job description
Seeking two experienced Senior Consultants for a comprehensive Microsoft 365/SharePoint migration project. The role involves conceptualization and implementation of migrations from on-premise file shares to SharePoint Online, and replacing existing data room solutions.
Project overview
For a comprehensive Microsoft 365/SharePoint migration project, we are looking for 2 experienced Senior Consultants for operational and conceptual support.
In the project, existing on-premise file shares will be migrated to SharePoint. In parallel, an existing data room solution for secure exchange between internal and external stakeholders is to be replaced by a SharePoint-based solution. In addition to implementation, structured knowledge transfer to future internal employees is also part of the project.
Responsibilities
Conceptualization and implementation of migrations to SharePoint
SharePoint Online design, administration, and optimization
Support in the Microsoft 365 environment
Conceptualization of solutions for internal and external document and data exchange
Automation of processes with Power Automate / Power Platform
Support with operation, governance, and administration
Documentation and know-how transfer to internal employees
Required Skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Sound experience with SharePoint Online
Experience with SharePoint architecture, design, and administration
Experience with file share/on-premise to SharePoint migrations
Good knowledge of Power Automate / Power Platform
Experience with permissions and sharing concepts in M365/SharePoint
Structured, independent working style at a senior level
Microsoft Purview is an advantage
German and/or English in a professional project environment

Assignment: Full-time
100% Remote
Need: 2 FTE / Senior Consultants
Total effort: approx. 200 PT
Project context: Support for approx. 6 months
Important: The two consultants do not have to cover the complete skill set each. A combination of a strong M365/Power Platform expert and a SharePoint specialist is explicitly possible.
