Senior OT Network Security Architect / Engineer | Remote | Start: 01.11.26 | Duration: 6-12 months | Full-time possible

Responsibilities

• Creation and validation of OT network and connectivity architectures.
• Consulting on network and security configuration in development, test, and customer environments.
• Performing cybersecurity analyses including vulnerability management and security hardening.
• Creation of IAM, PKI, and certificate concepts for edge environments.
• Creation of edge device management concepts over the entire device lifecycle.
• Documentation of architecture and operating concepts

Requirements

• Several years of experience in OT networking and OT cybersecurity.
• Very good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN/IPsec, and firewalls.
• Experience with Threat & Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Tests, and Hardening.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificates, authentication technologies, and SIEM/monitoring solutions.
• Experience with edge devices, industrial gateways, and complex connectivity environments.
• Very good documentation skills; ideally knowledge of SCALANCE, ctrlX/CODESYS, AWS Cloud-to-Edge Connectivity, and Software Compliance.
