- Coordination of cloud migration projects and data center transformations
- Support of the project manager in planning, steering, and reporting
- Coordination between internal departments, infrastructure, network, security, and cloud teams
- Tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions
- Organization and moderation of project meetings, workshops, and status reviews
- Maintenance of project plans, steering documents, and management reports
- Ensuring compliance with governance, compliance, and change management processes
- Support with testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities
- Collaboration with international stakeholders and external service providers

Your Qualifications
- Initial to several years of experience in coordinating IT infrastructure, cloud, or data center projects
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and data center infrastructures
- Experience in an international project environment and in collaboration with global teams
- Knowledge of project management methods (classic, agile, or hybrid)
- Confident use of MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, M365, and PowerPoint
- Structured, proactive, and communicative way of working
- High degree of initiative and strong organizational skills
- Experience in international project teams and global stakeholder communication required
- Experience in stakeholder management and reporting at management level is an advantage
