Senior Project Manager Plant Development / Site Development

Project overview

Responsibility for complex plant and site development projects within the growth initiative

Management of construction, infrastructure, and development projects from conception to realization

Translation of strategic requirements into concrete site, building, and infrastructure measures

Management of external planning and execution partners

Interface management between specialist departments, users, authorities, and service providers

Support of approval and coordination procedures

Project management across all relevant service phases (ideally phases 0 to 4 and beyond)

Further development of existing sites as well as the creation of new infrastructure capacities

Support for investment and development projects in the area of critical infrastructure

Requirements

Several years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or senior project manager in construction, real estate, plant development, or infrastructure

Demonstrable experience in managing complex construction and development projects

Experience with industrial, production, or special buildings

Very good knowledge of project management, client representation, and stakeholder management

Experience in dealing with authorities and approval processes

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (HOAI, BImSchG etc.)

Experience in managing external service providers and general planners

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Willingness for security screening (at least Ü2 capable)

Experience in the area of critical infrastructure is an advantage
