For a demanding project in the statutory health insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced freelance process consultant with in-depth knowledge of BITMARCK_21c|ng and proven experience in optimizing and automating GKV business processes.

For this project, both in-depth knowledge of the German statutory health insurance system and practical project experience with BITMARCK_21c|ng are absolutely essential.

• Duration: 3 months with option for extension
• Workload: Part-time, approx. 20-30 hours per week
• Location: Hannover
• Remote share: approx. 1/3 remote, 2/3 on-site (variable weekly split)
• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes in the statutory health insurance sector
• Identification and evaluation of optimization and automation potentials with BITMARCK_21c|ng
• Development and support of the implementation of functional requirements for process optimization and automation
• Independent management of projects or sub-projects in the GKV environment
• Conception, preparation, and moderation of workshops with specialist departments and relevant stakeholders
• Consultation and coordination with subject matter experts and management
• Demonstrable practical project experience with BITMARCK_21c|ng in the German statutory health insurance sector
• In-depth experience in the analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes
• Relevant project experience in the German GKV sector and in-depth understanding of the functional processes of statutory health insurance companies
• Several years of experience in independent consulting and management of projects or sub-projects
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: Process Management, Organizational Development, Digitization, Transformation, Customer Management, Benefits/Care Management, Efficiency Programs, Project Management, or Change Management
• Strong consulting skills and experience in conducting and moderating workshops
• Very good communication skills in dealing with subject matter experts and management
• Availability for 20-30 hours per week and willingness for regular on-site assignments in Hannover
• At least 5 years of relevant GKV experience
• Several years of experience in GKV or management consulting
• Experience in managing complex GKV projects or larger workstreams
• Knowledge of the German GKV ecosystem and relevant core processes
• Experience in transformation programs and consulting at management level
