Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP Transport Management Consultant to join a leading player in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry for a rollout project. The role involves analyzing requirements, implementing SAP TM functions, and managing data exchange.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis together with the business departments
- Rollout of SAP Transport Management functions in the areas of Integration & Interfaces, TM Planning, and Freight Cost Management
- Master data exchange between SAP ERP and SAP TM
- Handling, generation, and extension of conditions
- Creation of selection and planning profiles for freight orders and units
- Setup of the Transport Cockpit, as well as page layouts
- Freight bookings, freight cost calculation, and invoice integration
- Support with SAP TM system upgrade, if applicable

- University degree or comparable knowledge from professional practice
- Proven experience from comparable SAP Transport Management projects
- Knowledge in the areas of Integration & Interfaces, TM Planning, and Freight Cost Management
- Experience with master data exchange, delivery- on order management, output management in SAP TM, Event Management integration, Transport Cockpit, etc.
- Ideally, project experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Confident and self-assured team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Very good German language skills
