• Consulting on the planning, management, and coordination of the SAP DM rollout across the relevant project phases from preparation to the hypercare phase
• Creation and updating of a rollout roadmap, including schedule, resource, and milestone planning
• Consulting and business support in aligning rollout goals, project scope, and acceptance criteria between business departments, workshops, IT, and management
• Consulting on the setup and design of the local project organization and business support in coordinating key users, business representatives, and IT contacts involved
• Conducting analyses of existing manufacturing and maintenance processes as well as fit-to-standard assessments based on the SAP DM template
• Conducting the collection, documentation, and prioritization of business and technical requirements, as well as consulting on handling local customization needs
• Conducting the identification, assessment, and documentation of project risks, dependencies, and critical success factors, as well as business support in tracking them
• Preparation, execution, and moderation of governance, status, and steering meetings, as well as creation and preparation of management reporting
• Consulting on the planning and implementation of change management measures to support user acceptance
• Conception and coordination of communication, training, and enablement measures for key users and end-users
• Consulting on business and technical readiness in the areas of processes, master data, infrastructure, and shop floor hardware
• Consulting and business support regarding the quality assurance of master data and clarification of responsibilities for maintenance and operation of relevant data objects
• Planning, coordination, and documentation of integration, system, performance, and user acceptance tests, as well as business support in their execution and evaluation
• Creation and coordination of cutover, go-live, hypercare, and rollback concepts
• Consulting and business support regarding go-live preparation and the commissioning of SAP DM in the workshops
• Consulting on the design of the handover to operations, support, and line organization, as well as business support in preparing the necessary measures for this
• Conducting and moderating coordination meetings to resolve business, technical, and organizational conflicts between business departments, IT, operations organization, and external service providers
• Conception, preparation, and execution of project-related communication measures for workshop employees, managers, and other project participants to support acceptance and change readiness
• Creation and preparation of transparency on project progress, as well as consulting on suitable measures for schedule, quality, or resource deviations
• Consulting on rollout-relevant issues at the interfaces between production, maintenance, IT, and the SAP DM central team
• Demonstrable responsibility for the planning and implementation of a site-specific software rollout from preparation to stabilization after go-live, experience level junior with a maximum of 3 years of experience
• Demonstrable responsibility for the planning and management of project deadlines within a software implementation or transformation project, experience level senior with more than 5 years of experience
• Demonstrable experience in identifying, assessing, and tracking project-relevant risks within a software rollout or implementation project, experience level intermediate with more than 3 years of experience
• Demonstrable experience in moderating cross-departmental coordination between production, maintenance, IT, and management within a software rollout, experience level intermediate with more than 3 years of experience
• Demonstrable experience in rolling out software in a production-related environment, experience level intermediate with more than 3 years of experience
• Demonstrable experience in conceiving change measures for the introduction of new digital ways of working in production or maintenance, experience level intermediate with more than 3 years of experience
