Project overview

For a long-term SAP HCM project, we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Fiori / ABAP Developer (m/f/d).

The functional concept is already available. The focus of the role is on the technical implementation and integration of several Fiori applications as well as the development and connection via OData interfaces.

Onboarding: 01.12.2026 at the latest

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of existing functional and implementation concepts
• Development and integration of approx. 8-9 SAP Fiori applications
• Development and adaptation of OData interfaces
• Fiori Customizing and technical configuration
• Development with ABAP and ABAP OO
• Development and enhancement of SAPUI5/Fiori applications
• Implementation of customer-specific enhancements, including via BAdIs
• Technical support in the SAP HCM environment
• Implementation of requirements in the area of Time Management
• Work with HCM Infotypes
• Development and adaptation in the ESS/MSS environment
• Coordination with the business department, architecture, and adjacent development teams

• Several years of experience as an SAP Developer
• Very good knowledge of ABAP and ABAP OO
• Sound experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5
• Experience in the development and integration of OData Services
• Very good knowledge of Fiori Customizing
• Experience with BAdIs and SAP enhancement technologies
• Sound SAP HCM experience
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management
• Experience with Infotypes
• Experience in the ESS/MSS environment
• Ability to independently implement technical solutions based on existing concepts
