Responsibilities

• Functional and technical support of the SAP QM module
• Support and management of the QM-related S/4HANA transformation
• Definition, conception, and implementation of QM processes in S/4HANA
• Analysis of existing R/3 processes and transfer into S/4HANA processes that are as close to standard as possible
• Advising business departments on the optimal use of SAP QM
• Implementation and optimization of processes in quality assurance
• Mapping of incoming and outgoing inspections
• SAP QM customizing and error analysis/debugging
• Support in the replacement or reduction of existing custom developments
• Analysis and optimization of interfaces and integration processes with adjacent SAP modules
• Close collaboration with business departments and other SAP sub-projects

• Several years of experience as a Senior SAP QM Consultant
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM
• Demonstrable experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
• Sound experience in the conception and implementation of QM processes
• Very good knowledge of SAP QM customizing
• Experience in quality assurance as well as in incoming and outgoing inspections
• Knowledge of debugging and error analysis
• Very good understanding of the integration of SAP QM with adjacent modules, especially PP, MM, and SD
• Ideally, additional process understanding in FI, CO, and WM
• Experience in transforming highly customized SAP R/3 landscapes towards standard-like S/4HANA processes
• Ability to independently take ownership of SAP QM and provide functional advice to business departments
• Due to the ongoing S/4HANA conversion, we are looking for an experienced senior consultant who is available at short notice and can cover SAP QM both conceptually and hands-on.
