Activity:

To support a comprehensive tender within the framework of a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are looking for several consultants for different positions.

Senior Consultant SAP S/4Hana

Consulting on alignment with the customer's organizational, digitalization, and financial strategies, including the development of viable decision-making bases for program and committee steering.

Important Note:

This is a tender that we are processing together with a renowned management consulting firm. The profiles are needed for the submission of the offer. A later commissioning is subject to the award of the contract, but is very likely given the constellation.

• Conception and establishment of a framework for finance and process-related transformation projects, as well as derivation of control and prioritization criteria in the context of the SAP S/4HANA introduction.
• Conception and setup of an effective monitoring and KPI system (e.g., process harmonization, migration, data quality, test progress, resource situation).
• Evaluation and derivation of measures to ensure target achievement.
• Analysis & optimization of business processes, including identification of harmonization potentials.
• Development of target process variants and evaluation of dependencies. Support the integration and consolidation of projects within the program structure, e.g., between process streams, migration, interfaces, master data, and testing.
• Implementation support and quality assurance: review of concepts, test documents, migration artifacts, and interface descriptions.
• Development of expert opinions and support for implementation by business departments and IT.
• Conception and execution of workshops as well as moderation of complex coordination processes within the organization.
• Consulting on organizational change in the course of the SAP S/4HANA introduction, e.g., supporting the line in adopting new roles, introducing standardized procedures, communication, and awareness measures.
