- Knowledge in the sales of machinery, equipment, services, and spare parts
- Experience with third-party, drop shipping, and returns processes
- Knowledge of EU Value Added Tax (VAT) and cross-border sales processes in SAP SD
- Integration knowledge of SAP SD into SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, and SAP CS/SM
