Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Site Manager, Construction Manager, or in a comparable leadership role
- Sound knowledge in the execution of large projects in energy, plant, industrial, or infrastructure construction
- Expertise in construction site management, project execution, and subcontractor management
- Strong leadership experience, preferably in international project environments
- Confident handling of contract and claims management
- Certified knowledge in HSE / work safety
- Ideally, practical experience in the construction of substations
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, as well as a Class B driver's license
