For our client, a renowned industrial customer in mechanical and engine manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced freelancer to strengthen a development team of approximately 8-10 people. The focus is on the further development and optimization of an existing internal application in the area of purchasing/procurement. Further tasks in the area of AI and agent systems are possible.

• Sound experience with Python and FastAPI
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, or Tool-Calling
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and automated tests
• Confident handling of Git and Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes (Cloud) and Helm Charts
• Understanding of deployment, configuration, and CI/CD
• Quick familiarization with existing codebases, confident debugging, and sustainable error analysis
• Awareness of maintainability, security, data protection, and technical risks
• Critical, responsible handling of AI-generated code
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (documentation is read and written in German)
