Senior Test Management Specialist in the Field of Telecommunications Surveillance (CHF 120/h)

The project involves the further development and operation of various components of the Surveillance of Postal and Telecommunications Traffic (PTT) service and its lawful and constitutional implementation. This allows law enforcement agencies to obtain necessary data from telecommunications service providers and make it available to investigators for evaluation and analysis, while simultaneously safeguarding the fundamental right of the population to privacy.

We are looking for an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of test management and the corresponding tools/technologies, who can also help build and maintain test management itself. A strong analytical mindset, high commitment combined with composure, persuasiveness with very different stakeholder groups, and the ability to integrate respectfully and constructively into an agile product team are desired. The work will be carried out within an agile process.

Assignment (Contract with CHF 120 / hour, plus VAT) as Test Manager.

Contracting is preferred. Temporary employment under the same conditions for the duration of the project is also possible.

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification (mandatory)
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• Two (2) reference projects with an end date no longer than 4 years ago, as Test Manager
• Five (5) years of experience as a Test Manager
• German ESP level at least C1 or native speaker
• Project experience as TM in a complex environment with at least 2 applications or at least 2 external interfaces, at least 1 year and within the last 5 years
• at least 80% FTE in project deployment
• at least 1 year of experience with Elastic Stack technology
• Project experience with TM tools/technologies Playwright and XRay: at least 1 year each
• Project experience as Test Manager: at least 8 years
• Project experience in agile testing processes: at least 5 years
• Project experience with test automation as Test Manager: at least 3 years
• Project experience as Test Manager with Special Tests (Security Testing, Load and Performance Tests, Mobile Testing, Cross-browser Testing, Accessibility Testing): at least 4-5 areas, each for 1 year, no longer than 15 years ago
• Project experience with Telecom and/or Telecommunications Technology and ETSI standards: at least 1 year, no longer than 5 years ago
• English at ESP level B2 or better
• Project experience in the police environment: at least 4 years
