The role involves creating and updating the overall schedule, managing contracts, and overseeing project timelines for rail infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Project skills and experience with large-scale schedules.
Project overview
+Creation and updating of the overall schedule
+Contract updating
+Schedule management and project control
+Identification and monitoring of the critical path
+Clean and auditable documentation
+Creation and maintenance of tender documents
+Management and tracking of milestones
+Ongoing schedule updates in case of changes
+Communication with engineers and project stakeholders
Requirements
+Very good knowledge of MS Project
+Experience with very large schedules (8,000 to 12,000 activities)
+Knowledge of the 7 main trades in the rail environment
+Scheduling according to SOG or rail-specific standards
+Confident work with complex dependencies
+Several years of experience in rail infrastructure projects
Industry experience: Rail
