Lead complex business transformation initiatives end-to-end, managing multiple workstreams and acting as the key interface between business and IT.

Profile

End-to-end management of complex transformation initiatives on the business side
Leadership and coordination of multiple parallel, interdependent workstreams
Creation and management of scope, roadmap, and integrated delivery plan
Central interface between business owners, subject matter experts, and IT delivery
Identification and active management of dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations
Preparation and facilitation of decisions for management and steering committees
Coordination of relevant governance topics such as risk, compliance, information security, and data protection
Ensuring business readiness, including testing, migration, implementation, and decommissioning
Sound experience in project/program management of complex transformations
Very good knowledge of planning, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management
Sound experience at the interface between business and IT
Experience with senior management and steering committees
Structured, proactive, and independent way of working
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills

High degree of creative freedom within an extensive transformation portfolio
Strategically relevant projects at the interface of business and IT
