We are looking for ServiceNow AI Tower Experts for the roles of Developer and Tester for our client in the public sector!

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder or Service Portal)
- Profound knowledge of CMDB, data modeling, and ServiceNow integration patterns
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, the AI lifecycle, and principles of Responsible AI
- Practical knowledge of GRC/IRM concepts
- Fluent English and German skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in software testing, ideally on ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform
- Experience in creating test cases, defect management, and conducting UAT
- Basic understanding of the ServiceNow data model, roles, and workflows
- Understanding of AI governance concepts (risk classes, assessments, approvals)
