ServiceNow Developer | Hybrid | Hanau

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform in the ITSM environment
• Implementation and customization of workflows, business rules, scripts, and service catalog functionalities
• Setup and further development of the CMDB as well as ensuring data quality
• Development of interfaces and integrations to third-party systems via IntegrationHub and REST APIs
• Automation of ITSM processes, approvals, and task controls
• Execution of functional and regression tests as well as error analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Evaluation of technical changes as well as creation of technical documentation and deployment artifacts

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with ServiceNow ITSM and sound knowledge in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ACLs
• Knowledge in Service Catalog configuration, workflow development, and process automation
• Experience with CMDB structures, data quality, and integrations via IntegrationHub or REST APIs
• Experience with technical tests, error analysis, and technical documentation
• ServiceNow certifications, e.g., CSA or CAD
• Knowledge in ITOM, Service Portal, and complex enterprise environments desirable
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
