ServiceNow Developer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a long-term project at a leading Swiss bank. The project focuses on the further development and maintenance of existing ServiceNow applications in the area of Operational Risk Management (OpRisk).

You will work in an agile, international team with developers and business stakeholders to expand existing applications, implement new functionalities, and ensure reliable system operation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of technical requirements and implementation into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Design, development, and improvement of existing ServiceNow applications
• Implementation of new functionalities and maintenance of application components
• Testing, debugging, deployment, and production support
• Resolution of technical problems and ensuring application stability
• Collaboration with developers and business stakeholders in an agile environment

Requirements

This is a full-time position (100%) with remote possibility within Europe. Please state your daily rate in EUR.

• Solid practical experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience in developing and improving ServiceNow applications
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
• Ability to analyze technical problems
• Technical, analytical, or scientific university degree or equivalent experience
• English skills at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
• Location in Europe, remote work possible
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IRM, GRC, BCM, or TPRM
• Knowledge in Operational Risk Management or the banking sector
