Project overview

For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for support that meets the following requirements:

As part of the project, a group-wide user and identity management application based on the One Identity Manager will be further developed and supported. The focus is on functional architecture, requirements management, business process analysis, and the creation of technical and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, recording, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
• Creation and further development of functional architecture concepts for a group-wide IAM application based on the One Identity Manager
• Creation of functional concepts, use cases, user stories, and interface descriptions
• Specification and modeling of requirements using UML
• Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing business processes
• Development of functional specifications considering scalability and extensibility
• Coordination of functional and technical requirements with the involved departments
• Preparation and moderation of workshops and functional coordination meetings
• Creation of system documentation and functional service descriptions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in business process management and/or business analysis
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) applications
• Practical experience with the One Identity Manager
• Sound knowledge in business process analysis and process design, demonstrable through at least two project references
• Experience in the conception and creation of technical documentation, demonstrable through at least two project references
• Ideally, several years of experience with the One Identity Manager, particularly in conception, customization, or architecture
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Good communication skills, team orientation, and experience in collaborating with departments
• Strong customer and service orientation
• German and English language skills at least at B2 level
• Location: Remote 98%, Frankfurt am Main 2%

• Possible hourly rate: €80.00
