Project

An experienced Solution Architect (Expert) is sought for the introduction of a new emergency tool in a strategic, cross-portfolio initiative. After the contract with Temenos is concluded, the focus will initially be on urgent architecture work. The Solution Architect is responsible for the end-to-end solution architecture and ensures the seamless integration of the solution into the existing IT system landscape. They will form the architectural basis for the subsequent implementation and further development of the initiative.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the solution architecture of the new emergency tool
• Development and design of a holistic IT solution architecture
• Integration of purchased/standard software into the existing system landscape
• Consideration of existing architecture standards, infrastructure, network, and target states
• Creation, documentation, and communication of solution architectures
• Conducting and supporting concept and implementation reviews
• Ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Technical coordination between business, product owners, development, and infrastructure teams
• Collaboration with a DevOps team and the external supplier during integration
• Analysis and management of technical dependencies within the portfolio

• 8-12 years of experience as a Solution Architect / ICT Architect or comparable
• Very strong experience in developing end-to-end solution architectures
• Proven experience with the integration of purchased/standard software
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and network
• Experience with complex existing system landscapes and integrations
• Experience with architecture documentation, standards, and target architectures
• Experience in concept and implementation reviews
• Understanding of security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Very good communication skills between business and IT
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and external suppliers
• German: C1
• English: C1
