The Berufsförderungswerk Nürnberg is a supra-regional competence center for vocational rehabilitation in Northern Bavaria and offers its participants a concrete opportunity for a new life and career perspective.

We train (qualify), train, support, advise, and integrate adults. To ensure rehabilitation close to home, the Berufsförderungswerk Nürnberg operates a variety of branches in Northern Bavaria and Schwäbisch Hall in addition to the main site in Nuremberg.

For our branch in Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) starting immediately, for a limited period and part-time (20 hours) Reference No.: NES-1118

Responsibilities

• Vocational orientation and skills analysis
• Counseling and crisis intervention
• Creation of individual support plans
• Individual lessons/supportive instruction in small groups/"one-on-one discussions"
• Acquisition of training and jobs
• Documentation and reporting
• Contact with clients, vocational schools, and companies

Requirements

• Completed degree in Social Work, Pedagogy, or comparable field
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation
• Experience in leading courses
• Very good knowledge of the regional labor market
• Good contacts with regional cost bearers
