- Support a financial institution in its ongoing operations and in an audit project
- Relief for the department or divisional management
- Support and administration of the application landscape
- Processing and coordination of user requests (support)
- Optimization and further development of processes and workflows
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
- Support during audits and preparation of audit requests
- Maintenance of system and application documentation
- Support in the areas of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Information Security
- Several years of experience in IT-related banking operations or bank organization
- Understanding of banking processes and applications
- Experience with audits and regulatory requirements
- Ideally, knowledge of BCM and Information Security
- Background in the cooperative financial group is an advantage
