Role: Specialist Data Analysis & Data Management Lending Business

Responsibilities

• You will further develop the data foundations in the lending business and provide technical support for the associated data models, data sets, and data flows.
• For ongoing analyses and short-term questions, you will analyze data using SQL, process the results in Excel, and prepare them in PowerPoint in a target-group-oriented manner.
• You will check the quality of credit-related data, define and implement suitable quality rules, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of improvement measures.
• You will transfer technical and regulatory requirements into concrete requirements for data and reporting.
• As a link between IT and business departments, you will coordinate requirements and support their implementation.
• You will help shape internal regulations and operational processes and, in particular, support the further development of lending processes.
• With meaningful visualizations and clearly prepared analysis results, you will create a sound information basis for various audiences.

Requirements

• You have completed a university degree or a qualified vocational training, for example in banking with additional banking-specific further training.
• You have project experience with cooperative banks or savings banks.
• You have a very good command of SQL and confidently use your knowledge to analyze extensive data sets.
• You have practical experience in handling databases and data models.
• You are very proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideally, knowledge of BI applications such as Tableau and PowerQuery will complement your profile. Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data flows is also desirable
