Key Responsibilities

Skills

• Analysis of the existing interface
• Conducting a gap analysis (as-is/to-be comparison) for card processes, especially co-badge Mastercard
• Critically reviewing existing processes and identifying weaknesses
• Developing concrete improvement suggestions, including assessment of effort and benefit
• Close coordination with the business department and IT for requirements clarification
• Creation of business and technical requirements documentation
• Communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders on the business and IT side
• Several years of experience as a Senior Business Consultant / Business Analyst in the banking environment
• credit payment transactions
• In-depth knowledge of credit card processes
• must be able to analyze processes
• Combined business and technical BA competence (requirements analysis, interface understanding, process modeling)
• Experience in conducting gap analyses and process optimizations
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards business and IT departments
• Independent, structured way of working
