Responsibilities

• You monitor the development of the credit portfolio and identify potential risks, anomalies, and changes at an early stage.
• You analyze and evaluate conspicuous engagements. Based on this, you derive suitable measures for risk reduction and support their implementation.
• You participate in the optimization of existing early warning systems, audit criteria, and internal processes.
• In default and loss management, you take responsibility for analyzing relevant issues and for complete and correct data collection.
• You support regulatory requirements and actively contribute to the further development of early risk detection.
• You create meaningful analyses, reports, and overviews for internal decisions.
• You work closely with adjacent specialist departments and take on tasks in cross-departmental projects.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed training in banking or a comparable professional qualification.
• You have practical experience in the cooperative banking environment and are familiar with its structures, processes, and specific features.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in credit business, credit monitoring, or risk management.
• You have a secure grasp of economic contexts, and you are comfortable working with numbers and extensive data sets.
• You work conscientiously, comprehensibly, and well-organized.
• Reliability, commitment, and constructive teamwork characterize you.
• You are open to new topics and willing to continuously expand your professional knowledge.
