- For a short-term customer assignment, an experienced specialist for Zebra and label printers is sought. There are currently acute disruptions in warehouse operations that require quick analysis and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and resolution of problems with Zebra label printers
- Performing factory resets, configuration, and recommissioning of devices
- Error analysis in the area of printer languages (e.g., ZPL/EPL)
- Resolution of an error where the printer exclusively outputs raw text instead of labels
- Network and communication analysis for a printer that is not reachable or responsive despite a successful ping
- Checking printer configuration, interfaces, firmware, and network and DHCP settings
Requirements
