Project overview

We are looking for an experienced PLC programmer (m/f/d) to support our client in the field of machine and plant control.

Responsibilities

You will develop and implement PLC programs for machine and plant control systems based on Siemens SINUMERIK ONE. You will implement and professionally document safety-related control functions with Siemens Safety Integrated. You will create function blocks, software modules, and control concepts for CNC and machine applications.

Your responsibilities include comprehensive software tests, integration tests, and commissioning services with corresponding functional proofs. You will systematically analyze and resolve control, communication, and safety errors. The creation of technical documentation, software descriptions, and validation documents is part of your scope of duties. You will develop technical solution proposals for automation and safety requirements and carry out machine acceptance tests.

Requirements

You have sound knowledge as a PLC programmer in mechanical or plant engineering. You have very good knowledge of Siemens SINUMERIK ONE and TIA Portal, as well as good experience with the commissioning of machines and plants. Knowledge of Safety Integrated and safety-related Siemens controls is required. Experience with SIMATIC S7 PLC programming completes your profile.
