Project overview
Scope of Services
The independent assumption of responsibility for the areas of design, engineering, and technical project support:
- Development and design of steel structures for industrial and conveyor systems
- Creation of 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly documents using common CAD systems
- Structural design of supporting structures, machine housings, and system components
- Execution of static calculations and evaluation of load cases and load-bearing capacities
- Application of FEM methods for the analysis and optimization of structures
- Selection of suitable materials and design solutions, considering technical and economic requirements
- Integration of conveyor technology components into existing and new system concepts
- Coordination of technical solutions with project management, production, assembly, and other specialist departments
- Technical documentation and maintenance of design-related documents
- Support in the further development of existing systems and technical systems

- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience in the design of steel construction, plant engineering, or conveyor technology projects
- Confident use of CAD systems such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks
- Sound knowledge in the static design of steel structures
- Experience with calculation and FEM software, for example RSTAB, RFEM, or ANSYS
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the steel construction environment
- Experience in creating technical manufacturing and assembly documents
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good German language skills for technical coordination and documentation
