• Processing and maintenance of sales-relevant data in SAP IS-U in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Written and telephone support for customers, as well as communication with market partners, especially suppliers and metering point operators
• Independent processing, analysis, and clarification of complaints and grievances related to master data changes
• Ensuring quality-compliant and timely process execution in the regulated energy market

• Several years of project experience in energy industry market processes with a focus on supplier change and master data management
• Very good knowledge of SAP IS-U and a sound understanding of processes in the regulated energy market
• Sound understanding of market communication and electronic data exchange in the electricity and gas environment
• Know-how in dealing with regulatory requirements and their implementation in operational business processes
• Expertise in modern energy industry systems and technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA Utilities, MaCo Cloud, NLI, or Arvato B2B, is advantageous
