Support Engineer Heating Technology (f/m/d) Part-time

Project overview

We are looking for a Support Engineer Heating Technology (f/m/d) for a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) at our location in Lower Austria. The position is hybrid and offers the prospect of developing into a full-time Project Engineer.

In this role, you will handle technical customer inquiries regarding heating components and advise customers on the selection and design of heat exchangers. You will support the planning of heating systems and networks, prepare quotations, and perform calculations. Furthermore, you will document support cases, analyze technical problems, and create technical documentation for customers and internal purposes. Collaboration with the development and sales departments to develop technical solutions is also part of your responsibilities.

We expect a completed education in building services engineering, supply engineering, HVAC technology, or a comparable field. Practical experience with heating, air conditioning, or ventilation technologies is required. Knowledge in the design of heat exchangers and hydraulic systems is necessary. Basic IT user skills (MS Office, CRM systems) and fluent German skills at C1 level are assumed. English skills are an advantage.
