• Technical and commercial customer consultation and support in internal sales, as well as support for field sales
• Development and project planning of cost-optimal technical application solutions in the field of drive and automation technology
• Support of existing customers and telephone acquisition of new customers
• Preparation of technical and commercial offers for our customers, as well as monitoring of order processing
• Tracking of important orders and projects, as well as recording and processing of complaints
• Successfully completed technician/master craftsman qualification in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in drive technology
• Sound knowledge in technical sales desirable
• Knowledge in the use of CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and good English skills
