Technical Analyst for SAP Integration / Bank / Frankfurt/remote

Dear Consultants,

For an exciting project at a bank, a Technical Analyst for SAP Integration is sought.

Background:

A new Pega application for the KYC process in banking is to be developed. In this project, the SAP core banking system must be connected. For this purpose, the analysis of existing data structures and interfaces, as well as the creation of interface specifications and data mapping, is needed at short notice.

Required Skills:

Proficient in modeling methods (UML, BPMN)

Agile mindset

• Several years (min. 5+ years) of experience in technical analysis in IT projects
• Proven experience in analyzing interfaces and in creating interface specifications and data mappings
• Technical understanding of integration architectures, interface technologies (e.g., REST APIs, data formats like JSON/XML) and data models
• Experience in coordinating system landscapes and integrations
• Experience in the banking sector
• Knowledge of SAP data structures and Pega are advantageous, but not a prerequisite
• Solid experience in agile software development (Scrum)
• Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements in the banking environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant way of working
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Very good German skills (business fluent) and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing SAP interfaces, data structures, and data flows (especially business partner data) with regard to connecting the Pega application
• Determination and coordination of data requirements: Definition of which data is needed for the KYC process and which data is written back to SAP, in coordination with the business department and development
• Creation of the interface specification (data objects, data formats, read/write operations, etc.)
• Creation of the data mapping between SAP and the Pega data model
• Consideration of the effects of the S/4HANA transition on data structures
• Modeling of data flows and integration processes (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Transfer of results into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, as well as support with end-to-end test cases
• Moderation of coordination meetings and workshops

ASAP – 31.12.2026 (+ option to extend until 30.04.2027)

Frankfurt / remote (80% remote possible)

Project Volume: 30 PT in 2026
